Well after a few years break we’ve teamed up with other local synth brands to be able to offer simple repairs for Eurorack modules and small desktop instruments! Fault description

At present we can only offer simple repairs for Eurorack modules. We can replace faulty potentiometers, switches and jacks for example but we are not able to take any work that would require lengthy diagnostics.

Once you’ve filled out the form above your repair request will be reviewed to see if we can help.

We aim to respond to all enquires withing 14 working days.

If your repair has been accepted you will be sent a confirmation email an estimate of when we will able to carry out the part replacement and how much the work will cost.

We have limited repair time as the technician only works Thursdays so please be patient.

Pricing

All bench time is charged at £40 per hour and there is a minimum bench time of 1 hour. In most cases replacing a potentiometer, switch or jack will be possible within 1 hour. If additional time is required we will contact you to authorize additional bench time. Pricing of the replacement part/s will vary as different manufacturers use different parts but for standard Eurorack parts please see below. We get all our pots and jacks form THONK. Switches come from a variety of sources including THONK. We use THONK to ensure that only the best parts are used.

Drop off / Collection

Please do not drop off equipment unless you have received an email stating that your repair has been accepted.

Our workshop is located above Elevator sound on Stokes Croft, Bristol. You can drop off or collect items from 11am – 6pm MON – SAT

Postage

Do not post your equipment unless you have received an email stating that your repair has been accepted!

Please ensure that your item is full tracked and insured. We will not be able to help with any equipment lost in transit to out workshop.

Return postage will be full insured and tracked using royal mail and paid by the customer. There will be a small £2.99 handling fee for packing and organizing return postage.
